Annual Summer Exhibition | Wagner Contemporary 14/1/23 - 10/2/23
The annual Summer Exhibition is a celebration of contemporary art. Visit Wagner Contemporary to appreciate new works by gallery artists as well as works by artists new to the stable. The artists represented in this eclectic exhibition are of great appeal to committed art collectors or those wishing to acquaint themselves with the talent and diversity of modern and contemporary Australian art in various mediums. A highlight of the show is an extensive feature wall displaying works in a French salon hang. This collection of small works will inspire the contemporary art collector who has more art works than wall space, as well as provide a context for viewing art reminiscent of Salon de Paris exhibitions, celebrated for showcasing alternative art by innovative artists.
The Summer Exhibition features work by: Min-Woo Bang, Matthew Browne, Genevieve Carroll, Dagmar Cyrulla, Melissa Egan, Deborah Kelly, Euan Macleod, Kerry McInnis, Sir Sidney Nolan (1917-1992), Christopher Orchard, Celia Perceval, Al Poulet, Llewellyn Skye, Sally Stokes, Neil Taylor, Judith White and Rosemary Valadon.
